Divided Opening

Early Birds and Late Birds

Small group reading instruction is facilitated via our Divided Opening schedule (AKA Early Birds/Late Birds).

Student reading levels are assessed at the beginning of each trimester. Students are then assigned either an Early bird or Late Bird schedule, ensuring class sizes of approximately 12 students during this priceless instructional time.

The remainder of the school day is spent with their entire class of approximately 24 students.
